SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Ness Ziona, Israel. Every piece is carefully packaged by hand before shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

- Orders over $250: FREE worldwide shipping
- Orders under $250: $20 flat rate worldwide

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

- United States: 10–21 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via Israel Post registered mail with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

For US customers: Most orders under $800 enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold.

For EU customers: Import VAT (19–25% depending on country) and a 2.5% duty on silver jewelry may apply upon delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the Israel Post website or your local postal service.
